I have had dogs all my life and thought I knew what I was doing. With her patient good humor Holly gently showed me that with this particular dog and breed I did not. Thank you, Holly, for helping me save DJ, our relationship, and my sanity. You helped me learn how to see the world from DJ’s point of view, but most importantly how to make the translations in simple, concrete, practical terms that I could easily, quickly, and reliably put into practice. This was by far the best money I ever spent: An education in not only how to be a better master, but how to be a fuller person.
